Self Esteem and Self-Care
Saturday, March 5 and Sunday, March 6 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
Facilitator: Sofie Charron
Learn about self-esteem, what it means and how to cultivate it. We will explore the use of mindful self-awareness and self-compassion to learn to heal our relationship with ourselves. In the second half of this workshop, we’ll apply this knowledge in exploring the concept of genuine self-care; understanding what that looks like and how to practice it to help you make the most of life.
